Hotel Florence

Arriving to Delhi airport at 2 AM by myself, this senior female traveler had the choice of staying near the airport (nicer hotel, same price) for a two night stopover to get over jetlag and rest up before starting my 11-day tour of Rajasthan, Instead chose to take the 30 minute ride into a more lively area with affordable amenities within walking distance. Hotel Florence was perfect. My room was large, clean, quiet, good bathroom, mini fridge, top floor buffet breakfast with cooked to order eggs, and helpful, welcoming staff. But the biggest attraction was how centrally located it was, how safe I felt walking around the streets at night alone with all the traffic and tons of other pedestrians. First stop massage parlor with dozens to choose from after a 15 minute walk through very lively area. Then for a pedicure (which in India is a wonderful foot bath, massage and treatment. I had to ask for nail polishing and provided my own). Did a little shopping for light cotton 3/4 sleeve shirt to wear in temples to come, picked up cheap delicious Chinese noodle takeout and had it back in my room. Slept very well with comfortable bed, AC, ceiling fan, bottled water. The total two night stay including breakfast was less than ***. Highly recommended if on a budget.

We stayed two nights, rooms are good, housekeeping staffs are friendly.Breakfast is okay with limited items!While doing the check out, met the staff in the front desk, the gentleman doesn't have manners that how to deal, behave n talk with the clients. He speaks so rudely n only focuses on money. Clients problems n inconvenience doesn't matter at all

We were here for a night at the start and end of our trip in Dehli.Rooms were well equipped with towels, toiletries, ample bedding, and mini fridge with snacks. It was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too.Its location is in the local market town of old Dehli so can be very busy and quite cleanly, but it is convenient to get around from here with many taxi drivers and Tuktuks.

Worst service I've ever seen, they provide used bottles for drinking and said it's RO water, it may be RO water but I got pimples on my face due to that water and it not taste good, if you are for a long stay or short, you will get a far better options then this one, compare to the pricing and service they provide and also the crowd near this hotel is too much.I had to sleep without AC on first day only, they half of the washroom taps doesn't work properly and too much noise you will get to hear from outside.
