I am highly disappointed with the front office staff at this property. They lack basic hospitality etiquette and manners. When I walked past the reception and greeted them with a simple "Good Morning," they completely ignored me and refused to return the greeting.The staff is incredibly rude, cold, and dismissive toward guests. It feels like you are bothering them just by being there. A hotel's reception sets the tone for the entire stay, and the management seriously needs to train their front desk team on basic customer service and human decency.

Maintenance Concerns Despite Friendly Staff

What I liked: The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping team is doing its best to keep the rooms clean, and their effort is appreciated.What I didn't like: The photos on the booking website appear to be from when the hotel first opened. The property now needs proper maintenance, as many areas look old and worn out. In the bathroom, several fittings were rusted or had heavy water stains, making us hesitant to touch them. There are many small maintenance issues throughout the hotel that should be addressed to improve hygiene and the overall guest experience. The bedsheets, pillows, and towels also looked very old and are due for replacement.
