We had a short stay at this hotel close to the airport with a group of about 90 people. The food, ambience, and hospitality were wonderful, making our experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for large group.

We got our flight cancelled so Air India provided a stay in this hotel. The worst hotel you can plan to stay. Totally old rooms, poorly maintained doors and AC with broken controls. I got accidentally cut on leg & bleeding so I called front desk and one of the staff named Sonu said that they got no first aid kit in whole hotel. Later All staffs are very casually replying that no first aid kit in entire hotel and they don’t had ever. To the max, they gave me two bandaid after arguing for 5 mins. When I said I’m a Doctor by profession and basic first kit is mandatory at emergency times, they recklessly answered that Indl can go to hosp if he needs anything and we can’t provide anything to guests. Totally disappointed on hotel management and Air India for giving the accommodation in shabby hotel.
