Staff not helpful. Property runs without a manager so nobody cares. Bathrooms were stinking and we found rat poops uncleaned. Unprofessional staff behaviour is commom here.
The resort was good. However, we had checked in late around 7pm on a weekend, so despite booking online, we were given a room, which was not well maintained. Had a lock issue and a weird smell in the room, despite room sprays. We requested for a room change and all the rooms were full, and we finally got another room around 11pm, where there was no fridge, so it was provided. But despite the problems, staffs were kind enough to try and sort out the complaints. But yeah, going for a stay and complaining about the things doesn’t feel really great. Otherwise lawn areas, swimming pool were well maintained.
Our family stayed here for two days. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff treated us respectfully. The room was very nice and comfortable. However, our experience with the food was quite poor. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, worse than what you might find at street vendors. It was also hard to get food at the restaurant due to a claimed LPG shortage. Overall, the food service was below expectations. The worst part was that despite repeated requests, they couldn't provide food for my son and showed little consideration for children. Many menu items were unavailable, making our stay unpleasant because of this.
