Rest rooms wall corner stains to be removed.Found spiders at the rest roomsAC cooling isn't upto the mark. Need some focus.Need one dust bins at the restrooms to dispose tissue and paper waste.Floor mat wasn't available outside the restrooms.Iron boxes can be available.Food options can be increased. Cups or SS tumblers can be instead of paper cups to avoid wastages.Main door was issue when we check in . Need rectification.This can be taken as improvement, not an fault findings.

Huge property but poorly maintained. Service is not upto the mark. Very dirty plates used to serve food in room service. No cleanliness maintained in rooms and restaurant. Too much dust under furnitures.Cannot manage the crowd for breakfast.
