Haraa Suites

The room was fairly good but lacked some essential items like hand wash, hand towels, tissues, and toilet paper. The doormat outside the bathroom was worn, causing us to walk across the room with wet feet. The bed wasn’t set up well and creaked with every movement. The rooms aren’t soundproof either, as outside noise disturbed our sleep. The biggest letdown was the coffee offered, which came from a Coffee Day machine and tasted like hot water without flavor, costing 50 RUPEES for just 100ml, which felt overpriced. It was odd that both milk coffee and black coffee were priced the same. Prices weren’t displayed anywhere, and when I asked for a bill, none was given, making me question if they’re authorized to sell drinks since there’s no restaurant or menu showing prices. They even charged an extra 1 Rupee for a water bottle, making me think they charge arbitrarily rather than following MRP. We should have asked the price beforehand. You could buy coffee powder, milk powder, and water outside and make four cups of coffee with the kettle for the same ₹50. There was no parking for two-wheelers, which was inconvenient since the hotel is in a remote area and parking the bike outside didn’t feel safe. The only positives were the nice interiors and the terrace. Overall, it was an okay stay but definitely needs many improvements!

They dispose of their trash right across the street and occasionally set it on fire, which pollutes the area. It's really disappointing.

We spent three nights at Haraa Suites. The hotel staff kept in contact regularly and assisted us with everything we required, including transportation, meals, Darshana, and various suggestions. The rooms were adequate, the food tasty, and the terrace offered a stunning view along with evening bhajans. It's child-friendly, and our children had a great time as well. The staff are excellent, very welcoming and supportive.

Had a fantastic time staying here.

Overall was a clean and nice stay. Would recommend to others. Would be good to have a overnight security for the car park on the road, as there is none with cars parked outside in the dark, may pose an issue.
