Himashailam Resort

We had an absolutely amazing time... The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great d??cor... The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.’’’’.

A few days ago, we stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience. We were assigned a room on the first floor, while maintenance work was ongoing on the upper floor. Because of this, there was constant and excessive noise in our room, which made our stay uncomfortable.The room was not properly maintained. The floor was not cleaned well, and there were spider webs in the room. The bedsheets and blankets appeared to have been used by someone else, as we could clearly notice discoloration. The bedsheet was unclean and had white lint on it, which ended up staining and damaging our clothes. Additionally, the TV in the room was not working.The washbasin and windows were also not cleaned properly. In fact, the windows were so dirty that the outside view was not visible’we had to clean them ourselves. When we asked for basic amenities, the staff informed us that they did not have enough stock.Considering the price we paid (over ’11,000), the experience was not worth it at all. For this amount, we could have chosen a much better hotel. The breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options’only two South Indian items, along with tea and coffee. There were no welcome drinks, cut fruits, or choices like eggs, bread, or jam.Another major issue was that the washroom window was broken, and the swimming pool was not well maintained. Although the property has a great view, the management does not seem to know how to maintain it properly. They clearly need to improve maintenance and add more staff.Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay Himasailam with my friends. The whole experience was peaceful and refreshing as the resort is located on a beautiful hilltop surrounded by nature and greenery. The climate and atmosphere made the day even more enjoyable.The staff service was satisfactory and they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the room rent was also quite convenient compared to the location and views offered by the resort. It’s a great place to relax with friends and enjoy the beauty of Wagamon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and scenic getaway.
