I booked and paid in advance in January for a May trip, but upon arrival, rooms were not allocated, with the excuse of no notice from the head office. This was very poor and dishonest behavior. I was left stranded on the road with no alternative arrangements provided. Avoid booking this place.

We traveled all the way from Chennai to this resort with a confirmed booking, but upon arrival, the SAJ Group told us they couldn't provide the room we reserved. Worse, they offered us accommodation at another property charging about one-third of what we had paid, implying both places were the same. The hospitality and customer service were very poor. Despite our long journey, we were left waiting outside in the rain without adequate support or communication. The management acted very unprofessionally, leaving us in a tough spot with no alternative arrangements. At such short notice, most nearby good hotels were fully booked and declined our requests. This experience was totally unacceptable and has greatly damaged our trust in the SAJ Group and Mr. Sajan's legacy.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is beautifully designed with independent and connected huts, which was perfect for our family stay. We booked two attached huts with a shared veranda, and it felt very comfortable and private.We visited during the off-season, so the pricing was reasonable (around 8’10K), and it included all three meals and high tea, which made it great value for money. The food was simple but tasty and hygienic, with enough variety for a comfortable stay. Evening tea/coffee was served with snacks.One of the highlights was the campfire experience with authentic Kerala seafood, which was unique and memorable. They also offered complimentary boating, a pool, and a small play area for kids.Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Prices may be higher during peak season, but the experience is definitely worth it.
