Really a nice stay with beautiful views
Very bad resort. Terrible in case of cleanliness. The bedsheet was full of dirt colors , pillow was dirty, sofa was not cleaned, bathroom facility was utter flop, there is leakage, no proper exhaust , even bucket was full of dirt. The food served for dinner was placed in tray,, even the worst hotel doesnt have atray like that. Total it cannot be called as a resort. No caretakers or proper uniformed staff.. just some bengali bhaiss
“Worst experience ever. The breakfast (putt and kadala curry) was unhygienic, with the curry full of bugs—I have photos as proof. There was no proper hot water; after repeated requests, we were given an immersion rod, which felt unsafe and was a waste of time. Our room constantly smelled of cigarettes smoke, and we later confirmed it was from the staff, not guests. Basic amenities like a kettle, tea kit, or even a bathroom doormat were not provided—instead, we were given a towel to use. It was shocking to pay over 5000 for a room that lacked even the basic facilities you would expect in a 1000 hotel. The explanation given for no hot water was that KSEB had fined them for excess electricity use, which is not acceptable. Additionally, there was no water supply in the taps both shortly after check-in and again the next morning after using the toilet; only after calling reception each time was water provided. The only positive aspect was the swimming pool experience.”
