We paid 4,000+ for a one-night stay, and unfortunately, the overall experience was nowhere near what we expected at this price range.The room itself was quite basic and lacked some very common amenities that we would expect at this price point, such as a hot water kettle and a mini fridge. Having a kettle in the room would have been especially useful, considering the limited food and beverage options available at the property.The washroom was the biggest disappointment. The flush was not functioning properly, and the water was also not draining properly, which made the experience quite uncomfortable.The restaurant was another major issue. It felt like it was there more for namesake than for actually providing convenient dining options. Lunch was not available, tea was not served after 5 PM, and for dinner, if you didn't want the buffet and only wanted one or two items, they wouldn't provide them. This is particularly inconvenient for guests staying at the property.Overall, considering the facilities and service provided, I feel the rooms are worth around 1,500–2,000 per night at most. I would strongly recommend checking other options before booking if the room rate is above that range.Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing stay, especially considering the amount we paid.
Had a wonderful 2-night stay here. It's located right in the middle of a peaceful tea garden surrounded by spice trees—far enough from the crowded town area to be deeply relaxing, yet in a great location. The place was impeccably clean, and the food was simply delicious. Highly recommended.
Had a really bad experience. The rooms did not meet expectations and the customer service was terrible. There was no kettle in the rooms for hot water, and when we asked for hot water, they just said no. The bathrooms were unhygienic and the pool was dirty as well. The food quality was also low. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
