A very average homestay.Pros: The food was good!Cons: we could have gotten better places for the same price. Dirty and torn bed sheets!

Property not kept clean. If you are looking far a clean place to stay this is not for you. To be honest only the view and swimming pool is good there. Food is also not great. And there are no shops or restaurants nearby to get anything from outside.

My friends and I chose Teeram Resort to celebrate our vacation this time. I would like to say some things, both negative and positive. The food was the best. They have prepared a good playground for those who love sports. The pool was very good. I have no words to describe the natural beauty of the place. It is so beautiful. But their room service was the worst. After spending so much money, we had to stay without electricity for a whole night. I felt that there was no generator as a backup. There was no water in the room for more than 3 hours. There was no hot water at all. I understood that no one was responsible there. If there was a good service staff, it would continue to move forward in a better way. There are no shops nearby, so those who come should buy all the necessary things.

The farmstay had an excellent view, and the room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate six people. That was definitely a big plus.However, I was quite disappointed with some aspects of the stay. The water heater was not working, so there was no hot water available for bathing, which was a major inconvenience. But they gave alternative solutions to use induction. Thanks for that. The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I understand that it might be challenging for a group of boys to manage the hosting, but basic amenities like hot water and cleanliness are essential and should not be overlooked.There is a kids’ play area and a swimming pool which is also need some maintenance and attention. Food was below average. We ordered nadu kozhli chicken which was not cooked well. I had chosen this place based on positive previous reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not live up to those expectations.

Way to resort is very dangerous. And in night it's very difficult to sleep with different types of insects .resort almost spoiled our vagamon trip.had a good swimming pool. No basic facilities like hot drink water , bathing soap not available. All these can be adjustable, but at night it's difficult to sleep carivand (malayalam). Staff very good . If anyone getting it for 3000 for two bedroom go for it .. otherwise not worthy.
