This was one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had. I booked Pine Clough Resort through Agoda during the Onam season after seeing the reviews and recommendations. Since it was a peak season, I didn’t have many other resort options available.Unfortunately, the entire stay was extremely disappointing.There was no proper communication or coordination from the hotel team. We tried calling the hotel in-charge multiple times regarding our concerns, but there was no proper response or support. Even the basic complimentary facilities that were mentioned were not provided properly.🍽️ Breakfast – Very DisappointingI have stayed in many hotels and resorts, but the breakfast experience here was one of the worst. There were only 4–5 basic items, and considering the overall quality and limited options, it was very disappointing. The food quality was also not up to the standard expected from a resort.For the price we paid, the overall experience was nowhere close to what we expected.I strongly recommend checking carefully before booking this resort. Don’t waste your money based only on the ratings and reviews. My personal experience was completely different.
