I had a wonderful stay, with excellent hospitality and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it; the rooms are roomy.

This was among the most disappointing resort stays I've ever had. I booked Pine Clough Resort through Agoda during the Onam season after reading reviews and recommendations. Since it was peak season, I had limited resort choices. Sadly, the entire stay was very unsatisfactory. The hotel staff lacked proper communication and coordination. We called the hotel manager several times about our issues but received no adequate response or help. Even the basic complimentary amenities promised were not properly provided. The breakfast was especially disappointing. I've stayed at many hotels and resorts, but the breakfast here was one of the poorest experiences. There were only 4-5 simple items, and the quality and variety were very lacking. The food quality did not meet the standards expected from a resort. Considering the price we paid, the overall experience fell far short of our expectations. I strongly advise being cautious before booking this resort. Don't waste your money based solely on ratings and reviews. My personal experience was completely different.
