My experience at HM Resorts Mysore was absolutely terrible and honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.The service was shockingly bad. Basic amenities were either missing or in very poor condition, which already shows how little they care about guests. The staff was unhelpful and completely unprofessional throughout.What is truly alarming is what happened next. While we were at the swimming pool, someone entered our room without our permission, and money went missing. This is a serious breach of safety and trust. When we approached the management and asked to check the CCTV footage, they gave a ridiculous excuse that the footage for that time was ’not available.’ Conveniently, the exact time we needed was missing.This raises serious concerns about the security and integrity of this place. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff avoided the issue and showed no accountability.I felt completely unsafe staying here. This hotel fails on every level’service, basic facilities, and most importantly, guest security.Avoid this place at all costs.

Not worth giving single star1.Staff are rude and they don't know how to talk with guests. When we were talking to Balaji manager of resort, he asked to wait for 5 minutes and he kept talking with their staff. Other receptionist Neha she doesn't understand what we were asking.2.Bathroom was so dirty , drain pipe was blocked with hairs. Later when asked to clean 2 people came without any tools to clean bathroom, they just sprayed water and left.3. Bucket and Bath Mug were so dirty that we couldn't touch.4. Cockroach were found everywhere in bathroom and on Bucket. Because of this dirty bathroom we didn't bath next day morning and left resort .5. Safety is worst, we saw electrical wires hanging in room .6. We had booked for 4 people(2 kids) but bed was not accomodating so we requested for extra bed , they denied to give extra because we haven't booked earlier. Later we had to pay extra 500 rs for extra bed which was not clean.7. TV was not recharged for any channels, when asked they said only free channel can be viewed. But those were also not working. When asked manager Balaji said he will recharge but didn't do it. From the time we checked in around 2 PM till next day check out morning around 10 AM manager said he ll recharge but he didn't do it. He came at 11 PM to take picture of the TV Setup box number but I denied him entering room since my family members were sleeping and his staff already took picture in afternoon .8. Intercom was not working we had come down to reception from 2nd floor everytime if we needed anything to ask.9. They were not responsive to guests , we have to go again and again to ask any help.10. Initially they gave small room when we denied they showed some other room where some electricity shorting sound was coming, later again we denied the room they gave other room which was not clean at all. When asked them they said it is cleaned.11. During the breakfast they provided the bread which was not fresh and was hard . Fruits were not fresh. Breakfast started around 9 in the morning.After paying so much we didn't expect this type of resort. It spoiled our mood and time.We don't recommend anyone to book this resort and spoil their peaceful time.

HM Resort, Mysore ’ Great Stay ExperienceHM Resort is a good choice if you’re visiting Mysore, especially for trips to KRS Dam and Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary. The location is convenient and makes sightseeing easy.The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The swimming pool is also neat and perfect for relaxing.The attached bar and restaurant are decent with good food options. The complimentary breakfast is a highlight’tasty with a nice variety.Overall, a pleasant stay with good facilities and value for money. Recommended for a weekend getaway.
