Room service was very unsatisfactory

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. The place was filthy, badly kept, and the management showed a lack of care and responsiveness. The scariest moment happened late at night when my sister and I were sleeping. A man, dressed in the hotel's staff uniform, stood outside our window staring at us for a long time. Suddenly, he tried to force the window open, but since we were awake, we noticed. We screamed and turned on the lights, causing him to run away. It was too dark to see his face clearly, but we were sure he was a staff member because of the uniform, which no other workers wore. We immediately informed our parents. Even after locking the window from inside, it still felt unsafe because one side could be opened from outside, which we learned later. Despite reporting this right away, the management did not review CCTV footage or properly investigate. They just told us to change rooms that night and dismissed our concerns. As two female guests, we felt very unsafe throughout our stay. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Very poor service: The front desk and service staff showed no urgency, coordination, or basic customer care. Requests were often delayed, met with indifference, and left unresolved. 2. Unacceptable food experience: The meals were of very low quality—badly prepared, not kept at the right temperature, and far below what should be expected at your hotel. The kitchen seems to lack proper quality control. This performance is unacceptable for a hotel of your standing, affecting guest comfort and showing serious operational issues. I expect a quick reply on how you will fix these problems and provide suitable compensation for the bad experience. The room and bathroom were dirty, the elevator looked like it hadn't been maintained for 10 years, staff were casual and unresponsive, and I had to ask repeatedly (about 10 times) just to get a water bottle.
