My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was quite large. Breakfast was tasty, and the dishes at Restaurant Haneefa were amazing with great flavors.

Disappointing Family Stay

We arrived at the hotel with our family around 11 pm after a long day of traveling. We had booked a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed over the phone with a staff member named Madhan when leaving Coimbatore around 8 pm. However, upon arrival, we were given a completely different room with only one king bed. When we inquired, staff member Karthik said the reserved room had been given to someone else. We explained we had a reservation, but he claimed he was unaware of it and that another staff member handled it. After a long wait, he cleared the reserved room by asking the current occupant to leave and gave it to us without properly cleaning it. The room had many mosquitoes and insects, and the bedsheets were dirty. At checkout, Karthik was unfriendly, and overall, he seemed unfit to serve guests at the front desk. The hotel is located next to a cemetery, which is visible from the breakfast area. Overall, our stay was very disappointing.
