It is such a isolated place that, if happened anything with travellers no help available. Internet facility is too poor. If need to order food the hotel owner order it on your behalf. Even the breakfast order from outside.
The location is beautiful and away from the main town, surrounded by lush greenery that nature lovers will truly appreciate. The peaceful environment is definitely one of the property's biggest strengths.However, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Cleanliness was average, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. Basic amenities such as toiletries and towels were not provided, even after requesting them. The breakfast served was also insufficient.In my opinion, this property is not worth recommending at its current standard. It is more of a homestay than a hotel and is operated by an elderly couple who own the property. While they were likely doing their best, managing guest expectations during busy seasons or peak periods appears to be challenging. With better maintenance, amenities, and service, the experience could be significantly improved.
Homestay is in a very pretty location inside a small coffee estate. Food is good, hosts are welcoming and room size is massive. The tiled roof leaks in multiple places during heavy rains and needs to be fixed.
