Itsy Hotels Igloo Residency Raja Seat

Very poor service. We stayed and planned to leave early but there was no hot water facility. When we check in they told hot water is available. TAV WAS NOT OPERTING AND NOBODY AVAIBALE IN HOTEL TO CONNECT AND MOBILE NO. SAYS ITS SWITCHED OFF. OUR TOTAL TRIP PLAN SPOILED.

Had a very good experience staying at Igloo Residency! The rooms are very decent, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thanks to the staff, Bharadwaj and Chetan, who are very polite and humble; they took excellent care of us during our stay. Highly recommended!

Not recommended ’ especially for families.I recently stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was quite disappointing.No room service is available.Basic toiletries were missing ’ not even essential items were provided.The only sanitary item available was a hand sanitizer at the reception, nothing in the room.It was unclear whether the person at the front desk was a receptionist or a watchman, and he appeared disinterested and unprofessional.TV was non-functional, which added to the inconvenience.The only positive aspect was that the room was spacious.Breakfast is served only after 8:30 AM, and even the staff wasn’t sure about the exact time ’ highly inconvenient for guests heading out early for sightseeing.Treebo customer support is practically non-existent. You’re left dealing with a WhatsApp bot with no real help or human support.For the rates charged, there are far better, cleaner, and more organized hotels available in the same vicinity.No hangers or anything anywhere to keep clothes or even wet towels.Overall, based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel, particularly for families.

This is a Very poor hotel . Damp and stained wall . They don’t have any restaurents. Even they out sorce the food which was complimentary breakfast. Don’t book this hotel and don’t waste you holiday. This is a genuine feedback.

Rooms are spacious and clean.Room service is excellent.Hotel location is in center of city.But The rooms are 2 floors down. Very difficult for old people and people with joint pain.Parking is also less.
