This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. I booked this hotel for 2 days 23 April to 25 April. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional during the whole stay. They charged me 1500 for 1 hour late check out. There is a minor food strain in the bedsheet which can easily vanish by dru clearing. They took 1200 for this with gst. They cleverly put beverages in the hotel room and if you use it they will change you during checkout. They changed 2000 rupees for beverages and snacks. the behaviour and voice tone of the female receptionist was absolutely rude

This is the worst hotel I have ever reserved. I stayed there for 2 days from April 23 to April 25. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. They charged me 1500 for checking out 1 hour late. There was a small food stain on the bedsheet that could have been removed by dry cleaning, but they charged me 1200 plus GST for it. They also placed beverages in the room and charged me for them at checkout if I used any. They billed me 2000 rupees for drinks and snacks. The female receptionist's behavior and tone were extremely rude.

A hotel that offers good value for money. We booked the rooms at a very affordable rate. Considering the price, the rooms are decent and suitable for families. The bed could be more comfortable, but generally it's fine. The property is located a bit away from the main road, but if you have a car or scooter, it's easy to reach. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
