HALF Hotel, Calangute

Tranquility, comfort, and warm hospitality all combined in one spot! The room was tidy and came with essentials such as a smart TV, air conditioning, and a mini fridge. Even though it's away from the city's noise, the location is surprisingly handy and near many popular sights. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were very friendly and always willing to assist, making the experience feel more like being at home rather than a hotel. The peaceful and quiet neighborhood was an extra perk. Strongly recommended for travelers seeking a calm, cozy stay with truly caring hosts. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hospitality at Half Hotel was outstanding. From Roy, the manager, to the front desk and cleaning staff, everyone was incredibly warm. The service was exceptional and unmatched by other hotels. I want to especially mention Ajay, the night manager; we were celebrating my wife's birthday, and he did an excellent job planning and organizing everything, ensuring we left with wonderful memories of Half Hotel. The breakfast staff were also very prompt and served with great warmth. Roy was fantastic. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality. We will definitely return to Half Hotel on our next trip to Goa.

I enjoyed my stay at Half Hotel in September. The front desk team was friendly and warm. The amenities, including the pool, are kept in excellent condition. Breakfast is part of the price and the meals were tasty with quick service. Parking could be challenging when the hotel is fully booked.

We reserved all four rooms at Hotel Half, and I must say each room was clean, neat, and well-kept. The overall service was very good and met our expectations. The furniture, ceiling fans, AC, and interior design of the rooms were quite impressive and beautifully done, including the hotel entrance. Special thanks to Mr. Roy, the Hotel Manager, who was very polite, humble, and professional. He always communicated respectfully, and the staff provided timely services. The hotel is located a bit away from Calangute, about 1.5 to 2 km from the main area and beach. However, after enjoying the peaceful and pleasant surroundings, the distance was never a problem. I also appreciated the decent and calm atmosphere of the hotel. Given its location and price, it attracts respectable and decent guests. We did not encounter any unnecessary crowd or disturbances in the rooms or around the hotel, which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Considering cleanliness, service, peaceful environment, staff behavior, and overall experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would have rated it 10/10, but due to the roughly 2 km distance from the beach and slight staff shortage, I rate it 9.5/10. Special thanks to Mr. Charles, the Hotel Owner, and Mr. Roy Secuiera (Manager), Charles Heredia, and the entire staff for making our stay comfortable and pleasant.
