Great Location and Smooth Stay, but Breakfast Needs VarietyHotel Ananda in Sector 4 boasts an excellent, highly accessible location. The check-in and overall process are incredibly smooth and hassle-free, making for a seamless stay.While the food quality itself is genuinely good, the breakfast buffet gets highly repetitive. Eating the exact same menu’like poha, puri sabzi, and eggs’every single morning gets boring quickly during a longer stay. Rotating the items would make this a perfect experience. Highly recommended, but hoping management introduces some daily variety to the morning spread!

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Ananda Bokaro. The staff was untrained, rude, and lacked basic professionalism. What was most concerning was that when I raised complaints about cleanliness and room conditions, instead of resolving them properly, the response felt intimidating and made me uncomfortable as a guest.The rooms were not clean, bed sheets had strange marks, breakfast was below average, and the towels looked extremely old and poorly maintained.Overall, poor hospitality, hygiene concerns, and an unpleasant customer experience. Definitely not a stay I would recommend

Poor Reception Experience

Very bad behaviour reception person's. I was stay one day and they checked me out of the room without informing me. When I went to tell them that I wanted to stay for one more day, they refused and said that my room booking was not confirmed for two days, so I had already been checked out. They also said that this is how things are done at their hotel.

Disappointing Dirty Service

I had a very disappointing experience. The floor in the dining area was extremely dirty, and there were small cockroaches on the floor while we were eating. Even after complaining, no one came to clean it. The service was also very slow and overall nothing was properly managed. I hope the management takes cleanliness and customer service more seriously and the food was not good.
