1. Our experience was awful. We expected a comfortable stay but faced many issues. The rooms were dirty, there were big spiders inside, the Wi-Fi was not working, and the staff was unhelpful. Additionally, we were charged an extra ₹2,000 for the third guest even though it was a three-bedroom property. Better to save your money and choose another place. 2. This place is very deceptive. The online listing says only two guests allowed, but upon arrival, they demand extra payment for a third person despite it being a three-bedroom accommodation. The rooms were dirty, internet was unstable, and the service was disappointing. Not worth the price at all. 3. One of the worst accommodations I've had in Manali. The property was badly maintained, cleanliness was poor, and large spiders were present in the rooms. The river view was unimpressive, and Wi-Fi barely worked. We also faced unexpected extra charges. I would not suggest this place to anyone. 4. Don’t trust the photos; the actual condition is very different. The rooms were unclean, the property was poorly maintained, and customer service was awful. Charging ₹2,000 extra for one more guest in a three-bedroom property seemed unfair. This stay ruined our trip. 5. If you plan to visit Manali, stay away from this property. We encountered hidden fees, poor cleanliness, non-working Wi-Fi, and very bad service. The river view was not worth it either. There are much better options within the same budget. This was a total waste of money.

The room is situated on a high floor. For families, this location might not be very practical. But if you're traveling solo or with friends, it works fine. I believe there are plenty of better hotel options, so you don't have to pick this one and face inconvenience.

Had a great time at this hotel. The room was tidy, roomy, and very cozy. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and always willing to assist. The location is ideal, with a lovely view from the balcony. Parking was easy to find, and hot water was available all the time. The service was outstanding, making the visit even better. Overall, this is among the top places to stay, and I would strongly suggest it to anyone seeking comfort, excellent hospitality, and a wonderful location. Strongly recommended!
