My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Arjay Valley Hotel in a Mountain View Room, conveniently close to Mall Road. The experience surpassed all our expectations! From the warm welcome by staff who greeted us at the car drop-off and helped with our luggage, the hospitality was excellent. The room and bathroom were spotless with great attention to cleanliness, and waking up to stunning mountain views from our room was pure joy. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist. The food was outstanding, especially the Dum Aloo, which was a standout dish! Overall, it was a smooth and memorable visit, and I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking beautiful views, friendly service, and delicious meals. There was a small issue I mentioned to management, which I believe they will address soon, but it was nothing major. In summary, it was a memorable stay, and I encourage everyone to visit this hotel for a fantastic experience!

From the moment we arrived, when a staff member warmly greeted us at our car drop-off point and carried our bags, the hospitality was top-notch. The room and washroom were impeccably clean with a strong focus on hygiene, and waking up to the breathtaking mountain views right from our room was absolute bliss. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available to assist us with anything we needed. To top it all off, the food was remarkably delicious—especially their Dum Aloo, which was an absolute highlight! Overall, it was a hassle-free, memorable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for spectacular views, warm service, and amazing food.
