I had issues with cleanliness. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, especially near the exhaust fan. The quilt had a blood stain on it which was tucked under the bed so as to not be visible. This was extremely unhygienic. Brekafsast buffet was decent and the staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. But the hygiene was really bad. No view from the room as the building is blocked by other buildings.
We stayed 3 nights. Perfect location, almost next to Mall Road. Rooms all facing the road, however, it is quiet at night. Many sightseeing spots are available by foot. Rooms are spacious, and well maintained (cleaned daily upon request). Breakfast is ok, with local varieties (they could have more fresh items). Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Location of the hotel is very good but the rooms and bathrooms are very small especially bathroom..they don’t even provide cupboards for clothes..and staff is also not so good and friendly because it was raining we asked for umbrella they denied
