Good hotel & excellent location.
Location is not good compared to the tariffs of the hotel. It’s not on the mall road as falsely advertised. You have to walk a steep uphill of about 500 metres to get to the points of interest. The hotel charges premium rates but the amenities and services are not premium at all. There was not even a door mat in front of our washroom to dry wet feet. The staffs are not knowledgeable about the services they offer. You can get a much better hotel at a better location (upper darjeeling) at cheaper rates. DON’T fall for the brand Yashshree group of hotels as this one is not up to the mark.
Good hotel at prime location with good facilities, well behaved staff, proper cleanliness, large size room and apart from this best food and also access to Railway station, Mall Road, shopping complexes, medical facility etc. If i plan to go again would prefer to stay in this hotel
