The room was spacious and had a wonderful view. The hotel is an older property, but it has clearly been renovated, and my room was in excellent condition. The shower and hot water were great, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Darjeeling. As a solo female traveller, I also felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. After a week-long trek in the Singalila Forest, it was the perfect place to rest, recharge and enjoy a comfortable couple of days in Darjeeling.
Stay at hotel has been very excellent experience. The co operation of staff in the breakfast has been very good n helpful. Buffet items is good nd we have enjoyed. The staff like priya and prajala are very good and very co operative with customer and with good sweet behaviour. Consequently due to all this factor we will surely visit the property again

Solo Traveller • Jun 2026I had a very disappointing experience at Yashshree Mall Road, Darjeeling. The rooms were poorly maintained, with cleanliness issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel atmosphere felt chaotic rather than relaxing, and the noise levels were high throughout the day and night.The service was below expectations. Staff appeared indifferent to guest concerns and requests were either delayed or ignored. For the price charged, the value offered was extremely poor. Several amenities were either unavailable, not functioning properly, or far below the standard advertised.While the location is convenient, it cannot compensate for the lack of cleanliness, poor room condition, and unsatisfactory service. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again
