We had a wonderful stay at the Central Heritage Resort & Spa in Darjeeling. It turned out to be an ideal choice for a relaxing family getaway.Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms are notably spacious, neat, and exceptionally well-maintained. The vintage heritage feel combined with modern upkeep made for a very cozy, comfortable stay with plenty of room to unpack and relax.Ambience: The ambience throughout the property is excellent—calm, charming, and true to classic colonial-era aesthetics. The serene atmosphere makes it a great retreat after a day of sightseeing.Kid-Friendly: Highly recommended for families traveling with children. The spacious layout, open outdoor/lounge areas, and accommodating staff make the hotel very child-friendly and stress-free for parents.Breakfast: The morning breakfast spread was fresh, tasty, and offered a satisfying variety of options to kickstart the day.Service: The staff was courteous, warm, and always prompt in assisting with any requests.Overall, Central Heritage delivers the perfect blend of heritage charm, comfort, and family hospitality. Staff was very good helpful and courteous. However, the hygiene was very poor. I booked a suite room in the hotel which was full of insects, mosquito, spiders and what not. In asking to refund they denied and sent staff with Hit. Please be careful while booking the room. Otherwise the staff was very good. I had an infant and the staff helped in every possible way with regards to food
