Muscatel Spring Burn - 100 Mts from Mall Road

Just 5 minutes away from Keventers. Convenient location with flat walking paths. The rooms are decent for the price, though they don't offer any views. There is also power backup available.

Definitely not comfortable considering the price they ask for. I would not suggest this place.

The staff were very friendly and assisted us with all the information we required. The rooms were tidy. Overall, our stay at Muscatel Springburn was very pleasant.

The location is the only positive aspect of this hotel. Other than that, the rooms and bathrooms are poorly maintained. Room service is lacking, and the bathrooms are not cleaned well. We even found a bug in the bed. The bed warmers were broken, and when we requested room heaters as a replacement, they were unable to provide any.

We spent two days at this hotel for a brief holiday. The room was tidy and spacious enough to store our luggage. The service was outstanding throughout our visit, and the manager kindly allowed us to extend our stay by three hours at no extra cost. This was very helpful as it gave us time to freshen up before departure. I have just two suggestions to improve the service: 1. Provide a phone in the room to order tea, coffee, or food. 2. The bed sheets and towels could be cleaner. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would suggest others consider this place for an affordable and hassle-free experience.
