Staff behaviour is very bad. I went with my 3years child and she was not well, started vommitting in restaurant area, though there were only our group of 10persons. The staff gave us one cloth and asked us to clean that. We told them if there is any cleaner in hotel who can make it, we will pay him for that. They told as it is 5pm, he left. We asked to provide stick so that we can clean, but they lied that they don't have it and insisted us to clean it. Then after some time, some other guest broke liquor bottle on 2nd floor common area, then they cleaned it with stick. I asked them them why they lied when i asked for the stick. They they were telling like they did not understand that i asked stick for ckeaning.First of all in that situation i need to take care of my baby, but they insisted to clean it. I dont know how they clean their hotel bathroom if they can't help us on this. It was really a helpless situation for us. Please dont go to this hotel otherwise they will insist you also if any such case happensAs i don't have option to reply on your comment, i am editing my comment. Yes it is true that staff helped us in the midnight on that cold day, we are really grateful for that. But when my child vommitted, it was only one time, not multiple time, so again you are telling lie and also no one cleaned or came for help. I went to them and asked what should we do, then they provided a piece of cloth and asked me to do it, when i denied to do with cloth and asked for stick, they insisted and then my husband cleaned it by himself, no staff helped on that

I went there for a holiday. The room was very good, no doubt about that. But the geyser was not working, and the food was absolutely terrible. They were serving half-cooked food.On the day of my checkout, in the morning, someone switched off the power in my room. When I informed the staff, they said, ’Who would do that? It must have happened by mistake.’Wow, great. Switching off electricity in a guest’s room by ’mistake,’ especially on the checkout day.One more thing: the male staff kept asking for my home address repeatedly. I was asked at least twenty times, which made me extremely uncomfortable. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

We liked our stay at hotel white yak. The staff was really polite and nice. Their behaviour was really nice, specially Ms. Urmila and the chef, and Mr. Rontugop were really nice

Excellent food with premium services. The dining room along with the hotel room were of premium quality. Anil, the host of the dining table was fabulous.Great food and good staff behaviour.Friendly
