Highly recommended if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant stay. The mall road of Darjeeling is just 10mins walk away and doesn’t have steep way. The room in which I stayed was big and had all basic amenities except hair dryer and room slippers but that can be ignored. The major highlight of the hotel is their breakfast buffet spread (around 10 options) and even the food which we ordered from their kitchen. Their food is absolutely delicious and freshly prepared with top- notch quality. We asked them to provide food with less spices and we got the food the way we instructed. The manager here is very active and checks himself for maintaining the quality. Also, the staff here is extremely polite and helpful (not providing the name specifically because all were respectful). The best part is they provide umbrellas too in case you don’t have it. They don’t have elevator but this too doesn’t matter much as they have rooms on ground floor too. Also, just in case, you choose to stay not on ground floor, then too they have comfortable stairs which will definitely not leave you tired.Your warm hospitality, excellent service, and attention to detail made our experience truly special. This review is just a small way of expressing our gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful memories we take back with us. We would be delighted to visit again and highly recommend your place to others.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The Darjeeling mall road is only a 10-minute walk away and the path is not steep. The room I stayed in was spacious and equipped with all the basic amenities except for a hair dryer and room slippers, which is not a big issue. The standout feature of the hotel is their breakfast buffet with about 10 options, as well as the food ordered from their kitchen. The dishes are delicious, freshly made, and of excellent quality. We requested less spicy food and it was prepared exactly as we asked. The manager is very hands-on and personally ensures quality standards. The staff are very polite and helpful, all of them respectful. They even provide umbrellas if you need one. Although there is no elevator, this is not a problem since there are rooms on the ground floor. For rooms on higher floors, the stairs are comfortable and won’t tire you out. Your warm hospitality, excellent service, and attention to detail made our stay very special. This review is a small token of our gratitude for the wonderful memories we are taking with us. :’We have booked 4 rooms in your hotel. While the staff service is satisfactory, the condition of the rooms and washrooms is extremely disappointing. The rooms are not properly cleaned, and there is a very bad smell coming from all the washrooms. Some guests had to leave without even using the facilities. The hotel is currently not in a condition suitable for a comfortable stay.

We reserved 4 rooms at your hotel. Although the staff service meets expectations, the state of the rooms and bathrooms is very unsatisfactory. The rooms are not cleaned well, and all the bathrooms have a strong unpleasant odor. Some guests left without using the facilities. At present, the hotel is not fit for a comfortable stay.

Hermitage Resort Darjeeling is very well kept and excellent. The service is quick and the staff are also very nice.
