Muscatel BhumSang - 200 Mts from Mall Road

Muscatel Bhumsang, despite being a well-known brand, was hugely disappointing. The room service was awful, and the front desk staff were completely unhelpful and rude. It was pouring outside, and rather than assisting us, they exploited the bad weather to charge extra. When we requested a coffee refill, they simply refused. We asked several times for a hairdryer to dry off after the rain, but they ignored us every time. A big brand name means nothing if the service is this poor. Save your money and choose another place—I will never recommend Muscatel Bhumsang to anyone!

The service was good, but the property is quite old and the rooms are poorly maintained. It's not worth staying here if you have other options.

Inexpensive place. The female reservation manager is terrible and seems unable to communicate properly with customers.

The hotel was great and the staff were polite; however, the rooms did not have an intercom, so we had to rely on our own phones to make calls. Sadly, calls to reception or the restaurant frequently went unanswered, so I would give the room service a 2 ⭐ rating, even though everything else was excellent.
