Hotel Blue Sapphire, Agra is a complete fraud. They charged ’3400 per day for a dirty, disgusting room that isn’t even worth ’300’’500.The shower does not work, the toilet flush is broken, and when you complain, the staff behaves rudely and arrogantly as if they are doing you a favor. There is NO proper hot water’they shamelessly say hot water is available only for 1 hour (8’9 AM) and even then only one bucket is given. Is this a hotel or a joke?Location makes it even worse. Autos are not allowed on the road, so if you are traveling to office or anywhere, be ready to walk 10’15 minutes just to find transport. Completely impractical and poorly managed.This place has zero basic facilities, zero service, and zero professionalism.Better sleep in a Dharamshala than waste your hard-earned money here.DO NOT STAY HERE. TOTAL MONEY WASTE.

Very bad response.Denied giving room to us saying that name hasnt been updated on the ID proof.There was a health related issue ane we asked for a room but we didnt get it either.We were tired from the entire days journey and work but no clear response from the hotel people.Highly disappointed.

Booked this hotel on phone, Worst ever experience in life, no fan in room , 3rd class ac , bad smell in all room , toilet was so dirty, beddings was also dirty and smelly, very pathetic experience. Never ever try this hotel.. he took rs 2600 but not a hotel type of rs 200.
