It was a pleasant experience. Kitchen is not 24x7 but a cloud kitchen is next door and they deliver orders to your room. Overall, a nice experience indeed.

Had a poor experience at this hotel and would not recommend it, especially for families. The first room allotted had an unbearable cigarette smell, and although a second room was provided, it was only slightly better and still below acceptable standards. Zero Ventilation.The overall ambience felt quite shady and not like the safe, welcoming environment expected from a family-friendly property, and the stay did not match the positive reviews that influenced the booking.

Executive room is good enough in size. Bathroom door would not remain closed (even after handle lock).. until you put a latch from inside.Paid for an extra bed, they charged the money (booked from 3rd party website Agoda) but in actual they gave a piece of foam covered with cloth, which they call as a mattress.. may be someone has to teach them the difference.. I tried my best but then I failed to explain. They start comparing with 3 n 4 star hotels who also do this... (Laughable comparison)Extra paid bed would not be given breakfast even if it is included in overall room package.. here 3 or 4 star logic fails.. (laughable again)Parking : Agoda fools you by saying they have parking.. but they actually run a movie hall next to the property, hence that parking cannot be used.. due to which you will have to locate a space on your own and park at ur own risk.. someone may come to you mid night for changing car location (if not parked at an appropriate place)... Laughable againHey don't have a restaurant., rather have a kitchen which wud serve at the room.. for room lower than Executive.. you will have to eat on the bed..Agoda Website says they have room with twin single bed, but to you surprise the beds wud get joined on their own.Location : it is on a very busy service road of a highway.. if you are planning to come with family plaSe do not visit here| with
