Hotel is too far away from main city. Food not suitable for Vegetarians, since hotel serve both Veg NonVeg. Though i have booked and paid for two nights, they promptly change to lock code by 12 noon next day without informing guests about the process.
I have booked room in Hotel Bluemoon for two nights 24th May check in and 26th May check out.The stay was not pleasant and had bad experience.The room was good but the amenities placed were not upto the mark They kept two dental kit, one soap and one shampoo. I paid Rs.6,772 for two nights for twin bed, unfortunately no value for money.In the room they placed, coffee and tea sachet with milk powder. Kept for the sake of providing amenities in the room. Per night charge Rs.3,220 plus taxes, but the cost amenities provided were less than Rs.100.I ordered coffee and they served hot milk with coffee flavor and charge Rs.187.Three times I have to follow up with Front desk for WIFI user id and PW.25th May, I have requested for room cleaning, but the room was not cleaned and have to remind multiple times for water.Break fast time 7.45AM and the Buffett breakfast being served at 3rd Floor.When i reached there at 7.44AM, I was told by the guy who is standing there asking me to wait for another ten minutes as the breakfast will be ready at 7.45AM.I have mentioned him now the time 7.44 AM he did not listen and keep saying BF will be ready at 7.45 and wait for ten minutes.The spread is okay in the buffet, but hotel has to focus on quality. No value for money.I skipped the breakfast for the second day due to quality issue though i booked the room with BF.I would not recommend to others and I will not come again.
