This is already clear and credible. I’d make only a few small changes so it reads more naturally and firmly:I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Bluemoon.The check-in process was extremely poor, and I had to wait until around 8:30 PM to get my room. The reception staff were not responsive or helpful, and the overall service was very unprofessional.Housekeeping never answered the phone, and the rooms are old and poorly maintained. Even the room door lock was not working properly, which is a serious concern.Breakfast was also disappointing, and the restaurant setup and overall dining experience were below expectations.Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in service, room maintenance, housekeeping, and front-desk management. Definitely one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.This version is strong without sounding exaggerated.
Title says it all. A little further away from the city centre (town and junction) but the rooms make up for it. Didn't have food at restaurant so cannot comment about food
