Not so joyful as renovation was going on
We witnessed a poor strength in manpower , nobody where present to recieve and accompany us to the room. The security at the gate was irresponsibly busy with his phone sitting in the chair with the legs crossed and never even bothered who entered the campus Importantly the mattress was torn and few springs were popped up to scratch or even damage your --- . Poor place.
Day by day their service is getting worst.1. Not cleaning the room properly. Food particles and tea liquid are left uncleaned.2. Often hot water is not coming. They are not arranging if you ask.3. Booking done by phone but they are not registering. Very careless. You need to argue in the Midnight. Some process is missing. It shows the infficiency of the manager.4. All mirrors and pipes are very old in the rooms. You won't have a nice feeling when you see the mirror.5. Showers are very old and they are salted. Not cleaned. So you won't get the right flow of the water. They will splash.6. Dining staff was cleaning her shoe and touching the bread without washing hands.7. Menu cards randomly kept in some rooms. Not in all rooms.8. If you want anything from reception people you need to call and ask them three times.9. No bucket or Jug the room. you need to call and ask for it.10. Staff are changing often.
