I had the worst experice with their service, especially with their GM @ Jijimon. They cancelled my reservation at the last minute and didnt show much concern over it. Eventhough the room services were fine administrative side was greatly disappointing.

We had the buffet lunch from Cloud9, Kothamangalam, and it was very delicious. The food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Good variety and overall a satisfying dining experience. Will definitely visit again.

We recently hosted a 25-year school reunion here, and I cannot thank the GM and his team enough. The hall was the perfect size for our group, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it.’The team was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us some extra time to catch up since many of us hadn't seen each other in over two decades. Their hospitality made our milestone event truly memorable. Highly recommended for any group gathering!

Disappointing High Prices

Don't buy any food from here. Price is over rated more than 7 star hotels. You can get good food from opposite of this hotel. And don't use lounge bar there is also high priced. Prices more than 5 star hotels in kerala. Overall very bad experience. Good bye.
