Great spot

Extremely let down by the stay. The staff acted unprofessionally, causing discomfort. A venue that ought to focus on guest safety and respect did not meet expectations. I would advise against it. Unpleasant visit. The improper conduct and absence of professionalism led to an uneasy experience. I do not suggest this place.

’’’’’ Excellent Family Stay at Cloud 9 Hotel, KothamangalamWe full family , our two children, and our infant stayed at Cloud 9 Hotel, on 13th June 2026 for one night while attending a family function in Kothamangalam. We stayed in Room No. 204 suite room and had a truly wonderful experience.The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the suite room layout with an additional powder room, which was very convenient for a family stay.We arrived in the evening and proceeded to our function. Later that night, we enjoyed a delicious dinner served in the room. The food was outstanding, particularly the Squid Roast, which was absolutely amazing, and the Beef Roast, which was equally delicious.The next morning, had the complimentary breakfast was excellent with good quality and variety. The overall hospitality, service, and attention to guest comfort were commendable.A special thanks to Mr. Jiju, General Manager, and the entire Cloud 9 team for their warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay.We had a memorable and comfortable family stay and would highly recommend Cloud 9 Hotel, Kothamangalam to anyone visiting the area.Thank you, Cloud 9 Team!’ Sijo Joy Varghese & Family

Our entire family, including our two kids and infant, stayed at Cloud 9 Hotel in Kothamangalam on June 13, 2026, for one night while attending a family event. We booked Room 204, a suite, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-kept. We particularly liked the suite's layout with an extra powder room, which suited our family well. We arrived in the evening, went to our function, and later enjoyed a delicious in-room dinner. The food was excellent, especially the Squid Roast and Beef Roast, both of which were superb. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was also very good, with quality and variety. The hospitality, service, and care for guests were impressive. Special thanks to Mr. Jiju, the General Manager, and the whole Cloud 9 team for their warm welcome and great service during our stay.
