Thank you for your response. I would suggest improving the room smell and providing proper sleepers I was in your hotel for 3 days and did not get a single slipper. Also, whenever I requested water, RO water was provided in used bottles without a seal. Please ensure sealed drinking water bottles are provided to guests.

Property great but annoying staff and manager. I had a ceremony a few days back, bespite of 75% of payment the local manager keep insisting me for total payment of the event even before commencement of the stay. In between my guests i had leave everything to complete the remaing payment(naming Mr Ashish). No responsibility or due hospitality from the them. Property is great with decent rooms and hall.
