We stayed here in this hotel for 2 nights. The deluxe rooms are a bit small but have all the basic amenities. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed and beddings were clean. Food also tasted decent. Definitely recommend for those who are looking for budget stay. Mall road Chaurasta is just 5 mins uphill walk from from the hotel. Hotel is situated right beside SBI Bank Clock tower Branch. Staffs were friendly and cooperative, especially the manager who helped us to get a taxi for Siliguri during the peak season within few hours after our taxi that we have booked, broke down before picking us up at the hotel.

My stay at Hotel Dip Palace was great! ’ The rooms were fantastic, truly a comfortable and spotless experience. ’? The service was also wonderful, very attentive and friendly staff. ’? The location was passable, not the best but not the worst. ’?

The overall experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I stayed here from 8th to 9th May 2026, and the management seemed completely unconcerned about even the most basic amenities and guest comfort.Considering the cold weather, it was shocking that no slippers were provided in the room. Basic toiletries such as dental and shaving kits were also unavailable, which is unacceptable for any decent hotel stay.The most frustrating experience was with the restaurant service. During the evening, they simply told that no food is available except tea as most staff is business in preparing dinner.Overall, the service, responsiveness, and guest management were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay in Gangtok.

Had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the ambiance was warm and cozy, making our stay truly relaxing. The bathroom was neat and equipped with all the necessary amenities.A special mention to Mr. Raju Das, who was exceptionally polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. His warm hospitality and prompt service really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience.Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!
