Worst staff , worst service , worst receptionist,
Location is exceptional. Manager was very understanding.Parking issue for vehicle specially at the time of check out. They expect entire checkout to be done in 10 mins, else car is forced to leave even if the entire parking lot is empty.The issue needs to be resolved and atleast 30 mins to be provided. May be a paid model can help.Room view should be made clear at the time of booking as some rooms do not have nice view.
Had to change the room as the room alloted to me was stinking too much due to some problem in the toilet View from the room is excellent, though we could not see Kanchanjunga due to the bad weather on both the days
