The hotel room is very terrible, untidy and smelly. the bathroom is disgusting, very unpleasant and smelly even after requesting them so many times they didn't shift our room when they had rooms vacant .At 9 pm , we checked in but the hotel housekeeping was mismanaged , our room was in a complete mess. It ruined our overall experience of darjeeling as we want to get out of that place as soon as possible.
I stayed at your hotel on 15/04/2026 in Room No. ***. One of hotel staff member first asked for a 50 tip, and later requested 500 cash instead of UPI payment. I handed him 500 cash after he assured me that he would return 450 via UPI due to change issues.He showed a UPI payment screenshot and claimed that the amount would reflect once the network improved, but the 450 never arrived in my account. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I strongly suspect dishonest behavior from the staff member.I request the hotel management to investigate this matter seriously and arrange a refund of my 450 immediately.
