’’??Very bad experience ever This was the worst experience I've ever had. My phone was stolen at this hotel. The manager wouldn't even let me check the CCTV footage and was rude and abusive. They made no effort to help me find my phone. I'm convinced that someone from the hotel staff stole it. I've already filed a police complaint.’?If you're planning to stay at this hotel, keep your belongings safe. Otherwise, you might lose your valuables because the staff are dishonest. The manager and the staff also don't know how to treat or speak to guests respectfully.

It is located in the heart of the city, so it is very convenient. Many beautiful view points are visible from the hotel room and many places to visit are within walking distance from the hotel. Overall, it was a very good experience.’’’’? The best part is views from the room window are very good.

Exceptional Hospitality!Had a fantastic experience at Hotel Bayjus Aristocrat. The rooms and facilities were excellent, but the standout was the customer service. The receptionist, Sameer, was absolutely wonderful’highly professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. He made our stay incredibly comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ’ AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! ’?’I recently stayed at this property through a "Help the Tourist" package, and it was hands-down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The package organizers were completely useless and provided zero assistance. If you are planning a trip to Darjeeling, do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this place.’Here is a detailed breakdown of why this hotel is a complete nightmare:’1. Terrible Infrastructure & Accessibility’No Elevator/Lift: The hotel has a bizarre and exhausting layout. There is no elevator, and we were forced to navigate four levels down and two levels up just to get around. Carrying luggage here is a health hazard.’No Intercoms: There are absolutely no intercoms in the rooms. If you need anything, you are forced to climb the endless stairs just to talk to the front desk.’2. Abysmal Hygiene & Maintenance’Foul Odors & Insects: The moment we walked into the rooms, we were greeted by a terrible, stagnant smell. To make matters worse, the rooms are actively infested with insects.’Filthy Linens: The curtains were visibly soiled, stained, and looked like they hadn’t been washed in months.’Contaminated Water: The hotel provided us with water bottles that literally had algae deposits inside them. It is incredibly unsafe and unhygienic.’3. Zero Basic Amenities & Staff Negligence’Missing Essentials: Basic amenities like bath towels, soap, and hot water (which is crucial in Darjeeling's weather) were completely missing.’Complete Lack of Service: We gave the staff multiple reminders, but our requests were completely ignored.’Unprofessional Setup: The staff accommodations are located directly adjacent to guest rooms, creating a highly chaotic, noisy, and unhygienic environment.’4. Horrible Management & Dining’Rude Manager (Dipankar): The hotel manager, Dipankar, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has zero etiquette on how to speak to guests. Instead of resolving our issues, he displayed a horrible demeanor.’Disappointing Breakfast: The breakfast area is cramped, incredibly small, and the overall food and service quality was highly unsatisfactory.’Final Verdict: 0/5 stars if I could. This place lacks basic human decency, hygiene, and management.Save your money, your health, and your peace of mind’DO NOT BOOK HERE!
