Hotel Elite

Here's a scathing review:*Zero Stars - AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS*I had the misfortune of staying at ELITE recently, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The experience was an absolute nightmare from check-in to check-out.*Non-Functional AC:* The air conditioning in my room didn't work, making the sweltering heat unbearable.*Bathroom Disaster:* The shower was out of order, and the bathroom itself was dirty and poorly maintained.*Other Issues:*- Uncomfortable bed- Poor cleanliness- Unfriendly staff- No amenities*Do Not Stay Here:* I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The management seems to have given up on providing even basic amenities. Save yourself the trouble and choose another option.

I attended a wedding here the services are poor they don't even give proper respect n response to their customer no bellboy and manager is very ignorant, he talked very badly with guests. Staff is poor no toiletries provided even food was served cold when asked they were not able to refill the food when it was a wedding. All guests were unsatisfied with the management. Third class hotel for holding a wedding there. They charge extra for everything. Please look for other options and never book here. Also i would like to give 0 stars but it doesn't accept so only one star for spacious deluxe rooms.

We stayed there with family. Room size is fine but the bedsheets and other linen were dirty and srained. It looked like they are not washed but just folded and reused.They don't provide any toiletries or slippers.
