Decent place to stay but do not have lift/elevator so you have to use stares all the time and I had room on 4th. Bathroom is clean buy shower fell down on me fortunately on on my head but was loose and old and rusty. But I got the deluxe room in 1500 + tax. Kindoff good value for money since it covers facilities like AC, hot water TV etc.
