My experience at this banquet was quite disappointing. The staff seemed unprofessional, inattentive, and slow to handle even simple requests. The service overall was badly organized, turning the event into a frustrating one instead of a pleasant occasion. Given that this venue hosts events, I anticipated far better coordination and hospitality. Sadly, the service quality fell short of basic standards. I hope the management considers this feedback and works on enhancing staff training and customer service.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026Room was not cleaned. Photos that are shared on Agoda are very different from the real room. Bedsheets and blanket are not cleaned. Even Ac remote was not working. Worst hotel experience. Never recommend anyone
