SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM HOTEL GRAND INN TOWNHOUSE GRAND INN HOTEL GRAND INN VAISHALI are same hotel but different IDS. #BEDBUGS AT THE HOTEL #they tried to manhandle me during early checkout They do lie over calls to companies and companies like ixigo or oyo genrally believe hotels over customer and they take advantage of this. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL THEY DONT CARE ABOUT BAD REVIEWS. I reported the hotel already. Don't just review report as well if hotel staff tries to intimidate take help of police if requires. Dear OWNER OF TONHOUSE GRAND INN. Well it is kind of scam. Prices are low online. When I came in they asked 1500 extra + whatever I paid to book from ixigo. Staff behavior is worst. Manager said he is owner which was funny. They tried to intimidate even which doesnt make sense. ROOM CONDITION : Room condition is not good as well. AC ISSUE : AC was not working properly so i went to desk and asked to provide different room. Again staff here have the mentality to scam so they act like that and said we dont have many options in classic category if there would be room free we will let you know. Funny that they are still taking the booking in classic category and I booked and cancelled just to check and the prices were way cheap. I WILL BE UPDATING THE REVIEW HERE ACCORDINGLY AS I HAVE LONG STAY WITH THEM MOSTLY I WILL CHANGE THE HOTEL THOUGH. I reported the hotel already. Don't just review. Report as well if hotel staff tries to intimidate. Take help of police if requires. At the end day ended over calling police on them. It seems they are pretty much habitual of this as they are keep on doing it and escaping from consequences. I hope they won't be able to do it for long. If companies who provide bookings to them pay attention to their scam.
