Hotel Emerald

I booked this place based on the positive reviews I saw on Google about it being clean and well-maintained. I checked in at 9 AM and initially didn’t notice anything unusual, but the floor was very sticky and dirty. Before going out at 2 PM, I informed the staff about the issue and requested them to clean the room.When I returned around 8 PM, I was shocked to see the room full of cockroaches on the floor and even on the bed. While they had wiped the floor, it was still sticky, and the bathroom was very dirty with a broken flushing button.This was extremely disappointing, and I ended up leaving the room the same day. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos, but I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance.

Where's my review, of more than 5 years back? wondering is it 'coz of the name / org. change or by ageing!had stayed quite a few times Kor being my regular market place while i was a bangalorean.Very peaceful location closer to the main area.Happy to note that reviews are holding good rather better now.

Rooms are clean and tidy, the bathrooms were nicely clean before our arrival. The wifi speed was good. The beds were comfortable enough and I had a good sleep. Avoid booking via any app or Airbnb and try reaching out directly to them, they will provide very good discounts.

This is a decent hotel at a great location. It is only a few minutes' walk away from Forum Mall Koramangala.The room was spacious and well-lit. The staff at the hotel was very polite and helpful.However, during my stay in January 2023, there was a lot of disturbance due a construction site nearby. Groundwork was ongoing almost all day.

Location is really good.But frankly speaking Cost vs room quality is not appropriate.As per the quality room cost is too high...Hotel said complementry breakfast will be there, but the quality of breakfast is really bad. They took the readymade material from near by Thela, and served...In day even when i switch off the lights, still well light is there, which disturbs the sleep.Really a very bad experience.If cost is some where Rs 1000-1050 then it will match the quality of room...Otherwise tooo expensive...
