I had booked through online.I received confirmation regarding the stay.On the day of arrival I informed the staff about my arrival time.The staff told me that your booking has been already cancelled, when I told him that I am having confirmation he started giving me some reasons.The staff there are so rude they need to be trained.Staff are rude and least bothered.Servive is also very bad ,cleaniness is major issue, toilets are dirty. Even the bedsheet were stained and turned from one side.The room is smelly.better to avoid, there are many more hotels which gives you best service

When I showed the confirmation, they started giving excuses. The staff were very rude and need proper training. They seemed uninterested and the service was poor. Cleanliness was a big problem; the toilets were dirty, and even the bedsheets were stained and flipped over. The room had a bad smell. It's better to avoid this place as there are many other hotels offering much better service.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous and provided excellent service throughout. The basement parking is a big plus, accommodating around 5’6 car, particularly valuable since many nearby hotels struggle with parking.The elevator makes access to the rooms (4th-floor) and restaurant (5th-floor) easy and convenient.Breakfast offered a good variety, and although there was a minor miscommunication, the team handled it well and waived the charges.Overall, a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The staff were polite and delivered outstanding service all along. The basement parking, which fits about 5–6 cars, is a significant advantage, especially since parking is a challenge at many nearby hotels. The elevator provides easy and convenient access to the rooms on the 4th floor and the restaurant on the 5th floor. Breakfast had a nice selection, and despite a small mix-up, the team managed it well and waived the fees. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would suggest this hotel.

staff not assisting to parking and luggage pickup not cooperating Alo’s there is no any parking and other staff to help. The cost is high no as per requirement and shown in photos.
