Rooms are good, location is good. Our experience was bad as the AC in our room was not working and we realised it at 11pm. As family was already settled and preparing to sleep after day long travelling, we did not take the hotels offer to move to a different AC room and asked them to consider us for NON AC charges as we cant use the AC. We did not create any fuss or scene on this issue, night manager was non commital on our request. BUT IN THE MORNING WE WERE CHARGED FOR FULL AC ROOM CHARGES,which felt a bit cheated as we did not use the AC, did not shout or made an issue, but seems raising our voice , making a scene was a better option now.

The rooms and location are good. However, our experience was disappointing because the AC in our room stopped working, and we only noticed it at 11pm. Since our family was already settled and getting ready to sleep after a long day of travel, we declined the hotel's offer to move to another AC room and requested a discount for the non-working AC. We didn't cause any trouble, but the night manager was unhelpful. Yet, in the morning, we were charged the full AC room rate, which felt unfair since we didn't use the AC or complain loudly. It seems that making a scene might have been more effective.
