Hotel Golden Castle

Very unprofessional behavior. When I said I would give a bad review for the poor food quality, the staff casually laughed and said they can delete the reviews anyway. Instead of accepting feedback, they were making fun of customers. Food was already disappointing, and this behavior made the experience even worse.

Not only was the food disappointing, this place is not even the actual Udipi restaurant. There is another Udipi upstairs, but we were told ’this is the Udipi’ and got misled. The dosa tasted sweet and sour, idly was also very bad, and ’250 for 2 dosas was absolutely not worth it. Completely disappointed with both the food and the way we were guided.

Stayed for 2 days in AC double bed room.Location is really helpful to reach all tourist places.Rooms was clean, bed was well cleaned.Specially washroom was clean and hot water was available.Felt safe with my family.Definitely recommend it if you are visiting to Mysore and looking for a clean and well maintained hotel.Special thanks to the person at the reception. Humble and helpful.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay.Great location, easy check-in, and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.Excellent service and peaceful ambience. Felt like home.

It was a one night stay there. The room was great. Didn't quite have the opportunity to experience their service. Their complimentary breakfast was the best I had in my 5 day tour.
