After experiencing the stay, I can confidently say that the ratings are well deserved.The hotel is clean, classy, well maintained, and the food and beverages are excellent. What really stood out was the hospitality and how genuinely the staff take care of their guests.Special thanks to Mr. Thomas from the restaurant for his excellent service, Ms. Lafirah at the front desk for being extremely helpful and welcoming, and Mr. Fernandes and the entire team for their courteous and attentive service.For the quality, comfort and hospitality offered at this price, I would say 100% worth the money.Highly recommended — a genuine 10/10!
