Hotel Grand Marian

Very disappointing experience. They initially showed us a beautiful room and charged a premium price based on those promises. However, the very next day, we were shifted to a completely different room that was poorly maintained and nowhere near the standard of what was advertised.The price they charge is far higher than the actual value of the accommodation. The room we received was not worth even ’1,000 per night. It felt misleading and unprofessional.I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking. Make sure you get everything in writing and verify the exact room you will be staying in. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.BE AWARE FROM THESE SCAMMERS... Rooms were spacious. We had to drag the suitcase to reception. The guard at door did not help. He just opened the door. This ruined our welcome gesture itself. Then their lift is very small and we had to use stairs often which led to leg pain.Also their room access card expires every day and hence you have to call reception and go there to renew your access. This is first time in my extensive travel experience, I have seen such an issue.Also their AC is central and hence once you turn it off, you have to call reception and then request them multiple times to come and fix AC.Also places are far from this hotel. Hot and smoke around.

Today I attended a function at Hotel Grand Marian at new Carnival Hall, our Gathering was 400 peoples our marriage function was held over there So,The ambiance was absolutely amazing. The hall is very spacious with beautiful furniture and excellent quality arrangements. Everything was perfect ’ we couldn’t find a single flaw.The food was outstanding, and what impressed me the most was their service. All the snacks were served hot and fresh, which made a big difference. The staff was very attentive and professional speacial Thanx to Ramesh And SumitOur function turned out to be awesome. All our relatives and friends were extremely happy, and everyone really enjoyed the event. It was completely worth spending money there.I would highly recommend this Hotel named Grand Marian to everyone for any kind of function or celebration.

I visited Grand Marian Hotel today morning for our family wedding party at Carnival Big hall. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The ambiance of the hotel was beautiful and very impressive.The food quality was excellent everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. The service was outstanding, and the entire team was very cooperative and professional.A special thanks to the Grand Marian team and the Main Carnival Manager for making our event so memorable.Thank you, Grand Marian Team! ’’?

Very Disappointing Experience ’ Not Suitable for Big EventsI strongly do not recommend this banquet hall for weddings or large parties. They are simply not capable of managing big events properly.I had come from Pune to attend my family wedding function on dated 4th Feb 26. We paid the full amount in advance, but the service was extremely disappointing. The service in-charge behaved inappropriately and even told some of our guests that there were no more plates available to serve food. This was incredibly embarrassing and unacceptable for us as hosts. Only after we confronted the restaurant manager did they arrange additional plates.On top of that, the food quality was average at best, and much of it was served cold. Overall, the staff seemed inexperienced and unprepared to handle an event of this scale.This experience caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment on a very important occasion. Definitely not recommended for large gatherings.
