Good for a stay.

During my recent visit to Ludhiana. I stayed at The Palm Court. The property is at an excellent location on the main highway. The check-in was smooth and without any delay.The hotel lobby area was clean and spacious. It has ample parking space. Now coming to the rooms ’ this is where the hotel starts to show its age. The room was spacious, but the facilities feel worn, and the furniture looks dated and poorly maintained. The overall infrastructure of the hotel feels neglected, and the rooms are in clear need of a major makeover to bring them up to modern standards. As soon as I entered the room, I opened the curtains expecting a refreshing view ’ only to find a blank wall staring back at me. The small window seemed to be included purely for superficial reasons.The breakfast spread was mediocre with nothing special in the buffet. The breakfast quality isn't good at all They have plenty of vegetarian options with only eggs and chicken franks for non-vegetarian.The rooftop restaurant ’Over The Moon ’was superb and served good food which we ordered. It was the only saving grace during my stay at the hotel.Overall to summarize it was a below average stay experience for the price I paid. One can get better hotels which offer better experience in the same price range in Ludhiana. Will opt for some other property the next time I am in the city.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Palm Court.1. The behavior of the manager, Mr. Deepak Yadav, was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Instead of addressing our concerns politely, his attitude caused unnecessary harassment and discomfort.2. To make matters worse, we found a house fly in a brownie shake, which is a serious lapse in hygiene and food safety standards. This raises major concerns about the cleanliness and kitchen practices of the restaurant.3. Additionally, there was a clear mismatch between the items ordered (as per the menu) and the final bill amount charged. Such lack of transparency is misleading and unacceptable.Considering the harassment by staff, poor hygiene, and incorrect billing, this was a highly unpleasant experience. I expect the management to take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

We hosted a party at this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered a mushroom dish as part of the main course, but it was served with only gravy and no mushrooms. The staff was not cooperative and refused to acknowledge the mistake, insisting the mushrooms had already been served.To make matters worse, the restaurant shared the rate list one day in advance, where drinks were priced at ’245 and breads at ’145. However, in the final bill, we were overcharged ’ drinks were billed at ’345 and breads at ’165. This feels like clear overcharging and is completely unacceptable.I have attached photos of the final bill along with screenshots of the menu that were shared with us in advance for reference.

We had our children’s first birthday party at Over the moon, and tbh everything (food was good) but the service was not great as we pre booked everything and we asked for menu, the sent us E- menu the prices shown on e-menu were different and the hard copy bill was different they charged us 100 rupees more over everything.. moreover we ordered dark chocolate brownie shake and found a mosquito in it and even we questioned the girl said show me the mosquito’ what is this behaviour?totally not satisfied’ and that guy sitting in the reception Deepak yadav is so rude and doesn’t have manners to talk so unprofessional!!!attracting proofs’.
