Won’t visit again or recommend. Rude staff that doesn’t even know how to assist guests and their requests. Middle aged women shouldn’t be allowed to sit at the front desk. Poor complaint resolution.Don’t ever order from their room service dine-in menu.

The time when you start moving to the rooms the really sinks in. Dirty carpets, horrible service. Food lying outside rooms the entire day. Request for a service and the take the whole day to complete it. Would recommend to look for other properties.

I recently visited Over The Moon at The Plum Hotel around 2 PM. The ambience of the place is nice, but the experience was not very impressive. When we arrived, there were no other guests and the indoor seating area was quite humid because the ACs were not turned on until after we sat down.The staff was nice, though their communication felt a bit too casual. We ordered veg spring roll triangles, mac and cheese, and Hakka noodles with schezwan sauce. The spring rolls were disappointing as they were mostly filled with pistachios and the dip didn’t complement them well. The Hakka noodles were quite spicy but tasted fine, while the mac and cheese was good, although the garlic bread served with it was very oily. One drink we ordered was actually very nice.Overall, the ambience is good but the food and preparation could be better. For me, it was about a 2/5 experience ’ okay for a one-time visit only.

During my recent visit to Ludhiana. I stayed at The Palm Court. The property is at an excellent location on the main highway. The check-in was smooth and without any delay.The hotel lobby area was clean and spacious. It has ample parking space. Now coming to the rooms ’ this is where the hotel starts to show its age. The room was spacious, but the facilities feel worn, and the furniture looks dated and poorly maintained. The overall infrastructure of the hotel feels neglected, and the rooms are in clear need of a major makeover to bring them up to modern standards. As soon as I entered the room, I opened the curtains expecting a refreshing view ’ only to find a blank wall staring back at me. The small window seemed to be included purely for superficial reasons.The breakfast spread was mediocre with nothing special in the buffet. The breakfast quality isn't good at all They have plenty of vegetarian options with only eggs and chicken franks for non-vegetarian.The rooftop restaurant ’Over The Moon ’was superb and served good food which we ordered. It was the only saving grace during my stay at the hotel.Overall to summarize it was a below average stay experience for the price I paid. One can get better hotels which offer better experience in the same price range in Ludhiana. Will opt for some other property the next time I am in the city.
