Overall, it was a positive experience. The management actively looks for real-time feedback to enhance hospitality and guest satisfaction. The restaurant staff is great, with Mukesh ji and Johnny ji being particularly enjoyable to engage with. Though I can't mention everyone, the service is excellent.
